"If I could give this property more stars, I definitely would! There were 13 family members in our group, and we ALL absolutely LOVED this stop on our epic European trip!! The rooms were the highlight of our experience, as each room opened up into two separate sleeping areas (one of which had a kitchenette). The bathroom was split into two different rooms, with a toilet and sink in one room and a shower and another sink in the other room. Our hotel rooms were so spacious for each of our mini groups that we were actually able to all hang out on one side of one of the rooms, sharing a few drinks together,, watching track and field, and talking about our plans for the following day at Kehlsteinhaus. If we ever travel back to Berchtesgaden, we will DEFINITELY be staying at this quaint, enchanting spot again!! (P. S. The front-desk service was IMPECCABLE!)"

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "
