About this property

A holiday home of a special kind for up to 6 people

  • Enjoy the best time of the year with us. Take a break from everyday life and immerse yourself in a holiday world away from the hustle and bustle.

    Nestled in a magnificent landscape is our country house 'Hoamatle'. We attach great importance to nature and tradition, which is also reflected in and around the house.

    The village center is within walking distance.

    On two floors (about 120 m² living space) we have built for an exclusive holiday home, which leaves no wish unfulfilled.

    In the bathroom there is a steam shower, where you will find the perfect retreat in the mountains for a day.

    From the cozy living room with electric fireplace leads to the private garden with barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a large fridge / freezer and a spacious dining area.

    Right next to the house is also our Related Farm, which is run by our family for several generations. Our guests have the opportunity to enjoy all the fresh products from the farm.
    Our quiet and sunny location is a prerequisite for a relaxing holiday.

    Our "little ones" can let off steam in the playground next to the house. In addition, they may also be in the stable work "help" feed the animals or pony rides ...

    You also have the option of products such as milk, butter, yoghurt, eggs, honey, ... to purchase from its own farm.

Traumurlaub mit herzlichem Familienanschluss

Wir erlebten wundervolle Tage auf dem liebevoll geführten kleinen Hof von Familie Kleinlercher. Immer ein freundliches Wort zwischendurch, ein Wandertipp oder ein Plausch zwischen Stall und Garten. Hier fühlen sich Familien herzlich aufgenommen und hervorragend untergebracht. Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet und mit liebevollen Details an die schöne Umgebung angepasst. Wir werden noch einmal wiederkommen ins schöne Defereggental zu Familie Kleinlercher. Herzlichen Dank nochmals.

Schöner Urlaub in den Bergen und am Bauernhof

Der Urlaub war wirklich sehr schön. Die Landschaft und die Umgebung sind toll zum Wandern und der Bauernhof gleich neben dem Haus von den Vermieter war wirklich wunderbar. Die Kinder haben hier sehr gerne im Stall geholfen oder die Tiere gestreichelt oder gefüttert. Insgesamt war es für alle ein sehr erholsamer und toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und groß. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Vermieterfamilie war immer für uns ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und einfach nur schön. Wir haben uns dort von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf dem Balkon bzw. der Terrasse, mit Gasgrill, vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen, findet man bei fast jedem Wetter ein schönes Plätzchen. Aufgrund des sehr gut sortierten Supermarktes im Ort (ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt) ist die Versorgungslage gesichert, es gibt aber auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Tal bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen, teilweise direkt vom Ferienhaus aus.

Eine schöne Zeit

Ein wundervolles Haus in toller Umgebung. Herrliche Bergkulisse. Ruhig gelegen. Sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr nette Vermieter, immer ansprechbar. Brötchenservice möglich. Rundum wohlfühlen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Fabulous!

The house is very new, super clean, equipped with TV in each room, games for children, fireplace, shower with steam, wonderful grill, gorgeous terrace and amazing views! Owners are wonderful and very friendly people, who are available at any time for any questions. There is a possibility to order fresh bread from bakery every morning and owners have their own cows and chicken therefore you can get fresh milk, yoghurt, butter and eggs at your request. SO DELICIOUS! Kids can enjoy trampoline, small pool, table tennis, badminton, football. There are also goats, bunnies, ponies, donkies that children can pet. Bars, food store and trails are a walk away. Literally 5 minutes. We are very thankful for our stay! We had the best time ever and shall definitely come back!

Ein besonderer Platz

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, die Gastgeber haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen, weil sie unglaublich freundlich sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr willkommen und daheim auf Zeit gefühlt. Die Gegend ist traumhaft für alle, die gerne in der Natur sind und Berge lieben. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und waren traurig, dass der Urlaub zuende war. Das sagt schon alles:) vielen Dank an Silke und Helmut
