There is no sitting room, but in the kitchen was aflatscreen tv, a satellite receiver, digital terrestrial receiver, and in the main bedroom was another flatscreen tv and digital terrestrial receiver. "Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge....
