Located in the center of Perigord, 5 minutes from the motorway, 10 minutes from Perigueux, 20 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, 1 hour from Sarlat and Eyzies, this cottage is in the heart of an area of 170 ha, quiet without any nuisance.
