"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Absolutely amazing! Loved staffs being super duper friendly and helpful, great room condition, even foods, dessert, coffee! I didnt use the pool but sauna also was great. Deff coming back, and recommend everyone whos visiting Busan! Great location!"

"Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am… Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out. "
