We had booked the aforesaid property for 2 days, 26th dec and 27th dec ,were not accommodated since they were already booked although showing vacant thru your website.
After repeated calls from customer care we were *not* reallocated for different dates or location,which is beyond expectation from your reputed company.
We believed on Expedia but....it was total harrasment n failure.
