I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean and well-maintained.

While the overall experience was good, my specific room had either not the best quality inspection or someone had a fight with some furniture.
There were good size scratches in the walls, and there was a tile sticking up from the floor in the bathroom. Small issues that could be easily fixed.

The room service was not every day looks annoying as the bedsheet are changed alternate days and was disgusted as you have to sleep on same bedsheets for 2 days. Rest the breakfast was pedometer

"I have been staying in this hotel for 10 plus years and i have seen it get bad to worse over time, the carpets are filthy, looks like it has never been shampooed, cleaned, they are sticky. doesnt give a feeling of CLEAN in the rooms."
