4 Bedroom Farmhouse XXII & Event Venue 117 Acres

Welcome to our “Farmhouse Twenty Two”, where you can come to relax and escape to the country life!

This open-concept floor plan showcases an overlooking view of the outdoors with a cozy fireplace. It offers one king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 kids room, an office with Murphy bed, 3 baths, and a laundry room. It accommodates 11, but plenty of room for more. The kitchen and dining area are spacious enough for family reunions, weddings, friend gatherings, birthday celebrations, and much more. The outdoor area is well shaded with plenty of space for outside parties as well. Please contact us for more information on larger groups, events, or parties. We also have 2 barns on the property. One is 3,500 sq ft and the other is 1,200 sq ft available for an additional fee for events. We would love for you to experience your own country getaway on this 117 acres.

We have also provided some K cups and Snacks for your stay. Enjoy! There is first aid kit in the cabinet in the master restroom if needed.

It was an awesome stay at Santosh farm house.House was very clean and was like a home with all the things provided in advance. Definitely recommend everyone to stay at this place and enjoy your vacation

It was a great stay, accommodating to our group size and the bedding and beds were comfortable. The shower spaces were smaller than expected. Location would explain the dead grasshoppers found inside the home. Dated but still accommodating.

Great place to get away from the big city!Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peaceful countryside.The house may show her age, but the memories of the 4th of July weekend are what will be remembered.Santosh (host) was quick to respond to messages!

It wasn’t bad just outdated. Carpets had stains everywhere, kitchen was outdated. Bugs everywhere but luckily we just slept there since it was a busy weekend.

Beautiful place, but not clean and no anonymities

The house was beautiful, but NOT clean! Table and couch dirty, used soap in the shower, no bath, hand or paper towels, no trash bags, no hot tub, grill all rusted out, crickets & hair in tub, beer cans & cigarette butts in yard, door handle off of back door and couldn't lock the front door. There were only a few cooking utensils and no coffee or soap for the dishwasher &washing machinr.

Water/Mold...This should not be available for rental!!

We arrived late and had not received an email with instructions for check in as usual. Thankfully my personal wi fi was working and I could look up instructions from VRBO. Master bedroom has severe water damage!!! Much of the carpet was soaked, the rest of the room carpet was crusted over - evidence of prolonged water exposure. Air plug ins all over the house - evidence that they knew of the problem. Strong smell of mold and mildew. This is TOXIC!! No one should rent this property until the carpet is ripped out and replaced. We didn't have enough time to pack our stuff and leave so just closed off this room and stayed on the other side of the house. Also, the coffee maker was broken!! So disappointing!! The property manager did respond quickly to my text messages after we left though. I hope they do the right thing and treat this property for mold remediation.
