Welcome to The Ultimate Lakeside Getaway! This charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in Sanford, FL, is perfect for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests.
Private Lake Access & Amenities: Step outside and enjoy your private access to the lake, complete with kayaks and life vests for adventure.
Comfort & Convenience: The property is fully equipped with a kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. We are pet-friendly! (Pets are allowed with a fee of $50 plus an additional $60 cleaning fee).
Housekeeping Notes: Parking is available in the driveway (please do not block neighbor access). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
IMPORTANT NOTE: our spa is working but doesnt HEAT.
