"Hosts very responsive. A cozy, clean and calm environment- clearly very intentionally thought through to be comfortable for guests. Lots of light, both natural and in terms of plentiful lighting, a thing I feel many rentals somewhat neglect. Check in and out was easy, parking was easy, convenient location. Appreciated having coffee and - everything I needed was present and easy to locate. "

"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "This was our 2nd year in a row coming to Pinehurst. We have done VRBO both times. This house was everything we wanted. Perfect size, location, everything. Only one thing that was missing, there was no garage door opener so was kindof a pain to get out, run around through the front door and open the garage to get in and out. "We recently stayed at Pratt villas for a week during a summer program at Duke with a couple of families. Location was great only 10-15 minutes from campus. We enjoyed the clubhouse facilities access a few times during our stay. Our host Pratt was super responsive, and that was greatly appreciated. We requested a new shower curtain for one of the bathrooms and Pratt had one sent over almost immediately. "We absolutely love staying in the cozy cottage! It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, nicely furnished, including comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a dinner for seven. Two of the things we liked most were the location and the deer that visited twice a day. we will definitely stay in the cozy cottage for our upcoming visits to Chapel Hill when it is available. "
