We enjoyed the convenience of Starbucks and Smash burger on property. We stayed in a non smoking room located in the Masquerade building, which was clean and very spacious. The furniture was old but the bed and bed sheets were very clean. Parking was very accessible. All staff was friendly and informative. My husband and I are not smokers and so were unable to enjoy the slot machines in the lobby because of the heavy smoking. We dreaded, walking through the lobby, just to get to starbucks. And we would have liked the pool area to have stated open later.

The staff still might be training. We asked the concierge to follow up on something, but it did not happen. We arrived Wednesday night around 9 p.m., and most of the dining venues were already closed in the hotel.
