"Camp Deforest was such a wonderful stay! The cabins are beautifully maintained with so much attention to detail, making everything feel cozy, clean, and welcoming. The staff was absolutely awesome, friendly, helpful, and truly made the experience even better. Plus, it’s so close to beautiful Camden, one of the prettiest towns in Maine. While you’re there, Fanny’s Bistro, Fresh and Co is a must-visits for amazing food, and don’t leave without stopping by River Ducks Ice Cream for the perfect sweet treat. Definitely a place worth experiencing!"

"I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing."
