"What a perfect location! Beach was nice as was the courtyard and pool area. We explored Rincon so sadly did not get to enjoy the amenities as much as I would have liked! We did not try the restaurants, but hope to on our next visit. Rooms were clean and the staff helpful"

"A perfect location right on Sandy Beach. Great layout of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A/C, lots of beach gear (pop up tent for the infant), two umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs, towels. The hosts were solicitous, great communicators. The kitchen, serviceable. Nice laundry facilities. Stunning roof deck with oven views and some shade. A lovely family vacation."

"Everything was perfect! The home was very clean, there was ample beach equipment and towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Our favorite spot was the rooftop terrace, were we spent each morning with our coffee and each night playing cards. Great location to walk to beaches and food, and a short drive to other beaches and restaurants.Communication from Ines (property manager) was perfect. We would definitely return! "

The hosts reached out to us several times upon arrival/check-in to ensure expectations were met (which they were) and it was reassuring that had we needed something we would have a prompt response. "The air conditioning was ice cold. The kitchen was well stocked. The location in not ocean front but you can see it from the balcony. Its close enough to walk 1 min to everything you want but far enough that you don't hear the bar music at night. We will book this location again for sure."
