Immaculate Cape Cod Family Retreat- minutes from Ponds, Lakes, and Ocean!

  • Bring the family and come explore what the Cape has to offer, and book this entire 2 Bed 2 Bath house for your stay. This house is newer, built in the fall of 2016, and has been very well cared for, and I would like to share it with you!

    Location
    Situated off exit 2, It has a great location as it is convenient not only the Sagamore bridge for a quick exit, but to the center of Sandwich, as well as Hyannis. 5 minutes from a large grocery store, and numerous restaurants serving local fare. You have the lovely fresh water Spectacle Pond at the end of my road with public access, as well as a 10 minute drive to East Sandwich Beach and Town Neck Beach. The property is less than 20 minutes from the Hyannis, as well as 20 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge.

    This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house with about 1900 square feet of living space. Both bedrooms are very large with plenty of closet space. The open floor plan on the main floor plan encompasses a very large living room with a sleepable couch and an up-to-date kitchen.
