"Breakfast was probably the best part. Had make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Got there an hour past check in time. Room was not ready. Was quoted 20 minutes, went to the park with the kids and returned 30 minutes later, still not ready. After waiting around another 15 minutes room was finally available. Original room selected on the Hilton app was not given, instead I got a room across from a party room and next to the back door entrance that kept slamming the first night that woke me up multiple times. Pool was nice for little kids and hot tub was a good touch. Was a little dirty in the hot tub but overall it was an ok experience. Wanted to really like it for quick family staycations but it was just ok. Staff were friendly and nothing outstanding or overly negative. "

"Hotel is decent for the price. It’s been remodeled, well- the rooms have but it was done very cheaply as the floor was coming up in places, Leaky shower, the circuit breaker popped and we came home to no lights and electricity- super strange video/virtual check in- lobby is very stiff, odd layout and not very welcoming. The elevators are down a very long corridor so it’s really almost better to just take the stairs..woke up to a couple literally screaming at each other Sunday am . (It was 5am) won’t stay here again, unfortunately. I don’t regret it for the price, but won’t stay here again."

"The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a huge disappointment- and should have disclosed this when making thd reservation. There is no hot breakfast- just a wafflemaker and microwaveable sandwiches. On our 2 night stay, the toilet started leaking out from underneath the first morning, so we had to switch rooms. The second room was NOT two queen-size beds, but two double-size beds, so the second night we didn't sleep very well. Otherwise, the property is older (bathrooms are VERY tight space), but relatively clean. Still, would not stay here again."
