"Hotel is located in a great walkable community. The desk staff took about 10 minutes to show up for my check in after another member of staff told them I was waiting. The room was adequate but the topsheets were ripped and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Valet parking through electronic notification still took almost 28 minutes to get my car and not because it was in the system, it was because I complained. when the car was brought around, I was handed my keys and told the car was up the street and i could find it. Open space right in front of the door. Expensive price and the negatives outweighing the positives, I would say there are other better options. Oh yeah they had cookies at the desk but you get charged up the wazoo for everything else. Will not stay again!"

"most disgusting hotel i’ve ever stayed in. everything was broken, breakfast was not running. hotel and room smelled bad. not clean at all - was especially annoyed having a crawling baby i could not put on the hotel room floor. no plug in the bath tub so couldn’t give kids a bath. looked like everything was falling apart in there. beds not comfy "

"The room was reasonably clean and the paint was reasonably fresh. The furnishings bordered on shabby. The HVAC was noisy but effective. The shower had a weak, poor spray."

"The bathroom floor was dirty w/ black spots on the tile. Towels were not white, but a greyish color probably due to poor wash water. Plumbing fixtures were loose from the wall. No hand soap in the bathroom requested by phone to front desk but never brought. The bedroom TV did not work. Overall, the room looked dingy and needs a complete makeover. "
