"I booked on the day of arriving (weekday) within a hour I had all the information needed for entry. Rooms were clean. BBQ grill, cooking utensils, kayaks, rowboat and bicycles are there to enjoy. Property is on a private road so there is very little traffic and noise was non-existent. The lady on property was so sweet and made my stay that much more enjoyable. If you enjoy being outside, you will see deer, they are everywhere and will walk up to you. Nature at its finest, so pleasant. Sign on property says feeding or touching deer is unlawful and can be fined or even jailed. I seen several enjoying baby carrots 🤔 "

"The house was not thoroughly cleaned. The cabinets and under the place mats were dirty. When we opened the pack and play it had an orange substance caked all over inside. We tried to watch tv and remote had no batteries, we tried the second remote and that didn’t work either. "

"The best of Big Pine Key — Key deer right in your backyard! The house was comfy and well equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend!"

"This property is making it to the top of our favorites! The view is the best. Very distracting when needing to work. The property was clean, everything worked, had everything we needed, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Took full advantage of the kayaks and loved all the sea life we encountered. Lots of young sharks, sawfish, turtles, rays, sea slugs, crabs etc up in the shallows . Snorkeling right in front of the house, even tried our hand at lobster tickling. We brought jet skis and the marina down the road was convenient for putting in and out for some day trips. Convenient to drive to Key West to pick up the kids from the airport or to make an afternoon trip to Key West or Marathon, but loved the slower pace of the keys in between. Lots of restaurants to try out. Only disappointing thing is we have to leave. "
