"Would stay at Isla Bella again. Beautiful beach and pool areas and overall property very nice. Loved the balconies facing the water. Water bottles during check in with water refill stations all over the property was a nice touch. Plenty of activities to do with 9 and 13 year old: volleyball, putting green, manatees near the dock, lawn games. Overall a lot of kids and families, but not chaotic. Could get pool/beach chairs anytime of day. Staff friendly. In rooms - beds/linens not as comfortable and bathroom toiletries not as nice as expected. Overall liked central location in Marathon. A lot to do and plenty of good places to eat. Wish the marketplace had more grocery / snack options."

"Beautiful quiet neighborhood! Closest neighbors were the small Key deer. Very nice house- up one flight of stairs. Well supplied, equipped and organized. Host responded quickly. Directions & instructions were excellent; clear & concise. We had a wonderful time."

We were on site for a hour before we were given the remedy to the “door sticking” problem - which we were unaware was even a problem - and could access the property (after being told that we were in a different room on the property and being given the access code to that room also). "Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street."

"We just spent 31 nights in Jan/Feb 2026 celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. The location was perfect for exploring all the keys. We even drove up to Miami Beach one day and was easy to get back before sunset. The location was great for day trips to Key West, getting there in less than 45 minutes. The house is on a very quiet dead-end road. There is a convenience store within 2 miles and a Winn-Dixie within 5 miles. The bird life and key deer on the beach were amazing. The heated pool was so nice and well maintained. The large washer and dryer were very nice. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The place was relaxing. Greg was very helpful and attentive. We would give this place more than 5 stars if we could."
