"Clean the rooms, very helpful stuff, plenty of parking, coin off laundry available. Property is little older, but everything worked fine, our bedding was comfortable and clean., We have plenty of towels, and when we needed more, there was no problem with that. Swimming pool is not operating so if you’re looking for swimming facilities, you probably won’t like it.. but we were very happy to stay at the hotel because it was nice clean and quiet. It is also very close to the swimming area of the beach to all the grocery stores to downtown to art gallery and cafés."

"Amazing getaway for the wife and me. We only stayed one night but it was excellent and definitely worthy of 5 stars. The cabin was cozy and perfect for 2 people (though more could sleep of needed). We stayed in late July but the morning was a little chilly so if you want to go out in the morning a light jacket would be good. The short walk through the woods was nice and there is a place to sit with a view of part of the lake, which would be nice to enjoy a morning coffee. However please be aware it's not a full view of the lake (I didn't go there with that expectation, though). We wanted to see the sunset and sunrise so we headed over to either side of the lake (10-15 min drive) to see them. Thr cabin had delicious pancake mix, flour, and spices, as well as utensils, plates, hot plate etc., but we brought our own food as well and had an amazing breakfast. It was quiet, serene, and had just enough cell phone signal to send a message to family but just bad enough to force you to put away your phone and focus on each other. We played card games, conversation and just enjoyed our time. We didn't bring any kids along but there are movies and a small TV with an assortment of movies for family and others. Can't recommend this cabin enough!"

"Huckleberry Haus is an absolute gem of a property. The cabin was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked for a family who likes to eat in. Enjoying a morning coffee on the deck was a definite highlight! The hosts of this property are very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back for more fun on the mountain. Thank you for over delivering on this great property!"

"It is the perfect spot to relax. Our hosts have thought of absolutely everything. You are spoiled by the extras. The builder did an impeccable job on this wood cabin. It is surrounded by trees, deer, turkey, quail, etc. We especially enjoy our porch sitting early morning sipping coffee. This was our second visit and we hope to be back again."
