Steps away from the Pend Oreille Bay trail, start your day with a nature walk along the lake. Meditate as you watch the sun arise, then take a short walk to Mountain Monarch or City Beach Organics for morning coffee or organic juices. Explore City Beach and let the kids or grandkids play outside all day. The quality of Sandpoint restaurants, wine bars, artists shops will astound you and it's all just a 5 minute walk from your condo.



Seasons itself offers a full service day spa, Wildflower Spa, plus a Retreat Center for morning coffee, newspapers and informal gatherings. Enjoy the large pool, heated all year-long, a long soak in the hot tub or stay in shape in the Fitness facility. Building 7 also boasts a private yoga area, exclusive to the building's guests and residents! The grounds here are private, meticulous and includes well lit walking paths, enormous sandy beach area, swimming, private dock and deck hands, fire pit, outdoor cooking and entertaining areas and more!  24' Cobalt boat available to rent in Seasons slip. Ask manager about this and remember we deliver stand up paddle boards, kayaks or Hobies to the Seasons beach to rent and use during your stay!



During winter, Schweitzer mountain is just 25 minutes away, or schedule a true horse-drawn sleigh ride at Western Pleasure Guest Ranch.  Guests love the underground, heated parking garage as well.



In summer, Sandpoint rejoices lake living. Marina slip is available at additional cost, or rent the 24' Cobalt which includes a free marina slip.  Our concierge services can stock the home with all local and favored food and beverages and help you make your stay at Seasons an incredibly wonderful vacation.



**Note:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the Seasons Resort amenities: private beach, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, retreat center, yoga room. A $30 per day resort fee is required with each stay (waived if staying 1 month or more). Marina slips are available for reservation and somewhat limited.
