Brand new cottage! This cottage is centrally located off of Kootenai Cutoff, 10 miles to Schweitzer Ski Resort, 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach, and less than a mile from Highway 95. The cottage is surrounded by shops, coffee stands, Walmart, restaurants, and other conveniences. The cottage faces McNearney Park - the perfect place for children to run about while you watch them from the front porch. Lovely stay

Brand new house beautiful and clean. Very accommodating for our group. Pleased to have everything we need including beach towels. Kitchen very well equipped. Would love to stay again.

Family Ski Trip

This place was perfect for our yearly ski trip. Easily accommodated 6 adults. The house is new with all new furnishings. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Garage access was nice for our ski stuff. The address did show up on maps but the directions got us there easily.

Fantastic Stay

We needed a place to stay near Sandpoint as we were visiting some friends of the family for a few days. This place was perfect. It's a newly constructed two story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Ponderay. The home was spotless and everything was brand new. There was a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. There was a Walmart located nearby. We were able to drive up to Schweitzer Mountain.
