Breakfast was really good, but being a base for hiking the service should start earlier - pancakes and cakes were always at least 45 mins after the catering started.
We had to pay for toothpaste. First time in a 4 stars hotel where the reception does not provide you with toothpaste and there was not complimentary water in the room.
It’s a shame, because it’s a nice hotel but I would rate it slightly less than 4 stars also considering the high price."
