"If you are looking for a clean, pet friendly and walking distance to local gathering spots with entertainment this is the place to book! We have stayed here twice in the last 3 months. I give 30 stars to the host and the home. Absolutely terrific!"

"The home was beautiful and exactly as described. There are plenty of accessories and gadgets in the kitchen to make meals at home which was a great surprise. We were able to sit on the balconies and watch dolphins every day. The location was great. It is not walkable to downtown Swansboro, but it was a quick drive or a cheap Uber away. The hosts were quick to respond to all questions. We can’t wait to return."

"This house was everything it said it was and more! It was the perfect size for our large family of 15 (mostly adults and older teens) to have personal space and togetherness. I highly recommend the Pearl!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property, despite the unfortunate hurricane weather that sadly cut our vacation short! The location is fantastic, and we really appreciated all the extras provided, including beach chairs, a wagon, bikes, and an umbrella. Those little touches made our stay even more enjoyable!The home is beautifully decorated, very welcoming, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and feel right at home.There are a few areas that could definitely use some attention. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced, and the sheets were very disappointing and could absolutely use an upgrade in quality and comfort. The living room couch is also showing quite a bit of wear, especially from being used as a sleeper sofa. Updating these items would make a huge difference in the overall comfort of the home.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and only wish the weather had allowed us to stay longer! With a few updates to the furniture and bedding, this property would be even better. We would certainly consider staying here again!"

"Our dog loved the rear yard and its many visitors, deer, squirrels and birds of all kinds. The kitchen is a little dated but very adequate. The house is situated in a great neighborhood and very close to the beach access which we really like. We found lots of activities that we gravitate to while on Emerald Isle. We also visited the refurbished Aquarium. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this quaint place on the Point end. This was a second visit and not the last."
