The 70sqm apartment is designed for 1-4 people. The apartment has been equipped with underfloor heating, which offers a very pleasant warmth in the cooler season. It has a large, open living and cooking area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a hallway and a garden with a covered terrace. The modern bathroom offers a spacious shower area. The kitchen is extensively equipped. About the dishwasher, a Senseo machine for making coffee, a microwave, a kettle, the ceramic hob with oven to the fridge with freezer compartment everything is available. The bedroom has a large double bed. The corner sofa in the living area can be reached with a handle to a cozy Lümmelecke or Bedding to be rebuilt. The open living, dining and kitchen area is cozy and stylish - light flooded. The cozy sofas invite you to linger. A CD / radio player, which can also be fed with a USB stick, does not neglect the musical enjoyment. A modern TV invites you to linger on the sofa. For the modern communication of the 21st Century offers you this holiday apartment Wi-Fi.

In our small house in a village, quiet location with proximity to the dike you will find 2 apartments. Two parking spaces at the house, a garage, a large garden with two covered seats and old fruit trees are in this beautiful apartment special features that are included in the price.  This holiday home with its two apartments provides the little guests with 1 high chair and 1 cot. There are also two bicycles available for use. In a few minutes you can immerse yourself in the World Heritage Site and experience the biodiversity of the salt marshes.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Gemütlich, freundlich, modern, einladend
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns das neue Bad mit der Bodenheizung :-) Auch die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist modern, hübsch und mega gemütlich. Einzig die harten Matratzen haben uns am Schlaf gehindert. Wir sind dann ins Wohnzimmer ausgewandert auf die große Couch.

Schöne Wohnung.
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen, nicht erwähnenswerten Mängeln. Für die Rollstuhlgerechte Nutzung fehlt es aber noch an einigen Punkten. Nur großzügige Flächen reicht nicht. Aber wir waren grundsätzlich absolut zufrieden.

Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Die Heizung war 1 Tag kalt. War aber kein Problem. Würde umgehend behoben. Ansonsten sehr sauber. Die Parkplatzeinfahrt ist etwas eng. Für ein kleineres Auto aber kein Problem.
