"You can't beat the proximity to the beach! Having a washer and dryer was a real plus too. Few things they may want consider upgrading. The screen door for second floor space would not close properly, The queen size mattress was very uncomfortable and most imprtantly the outside stairs are dangerous especially corner of top ."

"Absolutely loved our stay just doors away from the beach at Andy's house!The house is definitely the cleanest stay we ever enjoyed down the shore, and the full size washer and dryer are wonderful extra amenities. Our family loved spending time sitting on the front deck shielded by the retractable awning and the ease of sitting to have evening meals outside cooked on the back porch gas grill.Andy is great at communication - his check in instructions were clear and messages swiftly acknowledged.It was such a pleasure to have 3 bathrooms for the 3 couples with space to enjoy together and separately. (If we had younger children, the fourth bedroom would also have been put to good use.)We hope to align our schedules to be able to return together next year."

"You can walk to the beach or the bay easily. You can also walk to Wally's for brunch, How You Brewin Coffee, a noodle restaurant, a bbq place, Rich's Ice Cream, etc. It is in Surf City, not Beach Haven. You can walk almost everywhere. There is a cute little church next door and we got to see a wedding which was very nice! The weather was beautiful. We were so lucky.There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit which makes life easier when you travel. There are plenty of cups, mugs, plates, etc. if you are going to cook or bring food in. You know what they say, if you're lucky enough to be in LBI, you're lucky enough."

"Loved our stay & house was nicely furnished with various extras! plus the kids had a great time in the garage / game room!! It’s in a great location of Surf City, right down the street from SC Hotel . Great for daily fishing on the bay and good for dog-walking on the median of Barnegate Ave, And the deck was great for sunsets on the bay. Only downside: it was a bit longer walk to the beach than we expected (but manageable with a beach cart) and there wasn’t a fenced in property for our dog to run around."
