"The structured itself, inside and out, seemed very storm-resistant with the N'oreaster that came through; we had no consternation being at this location with the storm. Inside was well laid out and comfortable and the kitchen was a huge plus. Only drawback was the grassy lawn outside; that area seems to be where locals walk their pets (not lodgers this time as we were the only ones there). The grass should also be maintained more frequently to avoid lodgers stepping in dog droppings when walking from their car to the room, which we did at least twice. ****Suggestion: StayMarquis might want to invest in paved walkways; one leading from the parking lot to a second "sidewalk" running the length of the building from end to end so lodgers don't have to walk through the grass from their car to their room. Overall: a very nice stay."

Parking was a little nerve racking since there was no parking on the premise but the street parking worked out well reading the street signs and moving the car when necessary."

"This house was in the perfect location for a quick holiday weekend stay. We were able to easily hang out with friends in Westhampton Beach and Hampton Bays. It is an adorable bungalow with plenty of space for our family, including our dog, Luna. The house looks just like the pictures and was a wonderful place to stay. Our host was communicative and the check in and check out process was seamless."
