"They were so accommodating! I arrived early in the day and was in town for a funeral, they let me check in at 9 am as I took a red eye and was exhausted! They shuttled me to and from the airport, no problem! Thank you!"

"No hot tub. It was out of order. "Arcade" machines were very very poor. No way to even move the toys, coin slots jammed so you couldnt use quarters. No pool towels available all weekend."

"Very nice property. You can tell it had recently been renovated. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only small complaint would be the breakfast. While everything was fresh and tasted good, it was very limited. Mainly bagels and muffins. Overall a great stay and we will be back."

"Overall experience as a whole was great. Hotel location with a skybridge to the mall was very convenient. Unfortunately, Expedia did not disclose that their pool was closed and it was one of our main reasons for the trip and choosing this hotel. Kids were truly bummed out. Hotel comped our parking, but I would have preferred to know about the pool closure so I could look for a different hotel. "
