Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. The room was quite hot (25 degrees C) by its own electronic thermometer. I tried shutting it off in my room and asking the front desk, but to no effect."

"Castelfranco Veneto is beautiful! Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable but the bed was too hard and some furniture need repair. The breakfast had a nice variety and cappuccinos were delicious. The hotel is set in a beautiful, historical area where you can find several cafés, restaurants and lovely shops. We would definitely go back to Hotel Alla Torre!!!"
