Calme et sécurisé

Nous connaissons bien cette endroit et le calme et appréciable. La plage de la gorguette est juste à cÎté à 5 mns à pied . Nous recommandons les Bastide Du Soleil .

L'impression d'ensemble reste positive malgrĂ© quelques bĂ©mols ! L'appartement est dans un cadre agrĂ©able et calme, Ă  quelques 200m d'une plage de sable sympathique. L'orientation de l'appartement est idĂ©ale car elle permet de prendre chaque repas sur le balcon ! Wifi, parking sĂ©curisĂ©, climatisation et Ă©quipement gĂ©nĂ©ral sont fidĂšles Ă  l'annonce. En revanche, proposer ce 30m2 pour quatre personnes est trĂšs audacieux car, dĂ©jĂ  pour deux, l'espace, tel qu'il est exploitĂ©, est trĂšs exigu !!!! Ouvrir le canapĂ© supposerait d'enlever la table de salon mais, sans savoir oĂč la mettre, hormis sur le balcon !!!! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de four : en effet, rĂ©chauffer une pizza au micro-onde, ce n'est pas terrible !!!!!! Enfin, on regrettera l'absence de tĂ©lĂ©commande pour l'ouverture du portail...... surtout en cas de pluie !!!!!! Bien cordialement ! Maryse et GĂ©rard B.

SĂŒĂŸe Wohnung

SĂŒĂŸe Fe-Woh, sonst alles o.k. Leider stand im Vertrag von Fe-Woh-direkt nichts von einer Kaution von 500 Euro. Die Nachricht von der EigentĂŒmerin kam 3 Tage vor dem Miettermin, als wir schon unterwegs waren und keine E-mails abfragen konnten. Somit standen wir bis Abends um 17 Uhr vor einer verschlossenen Wohnung, und nur durch einen netten französischen Nachbarn, der deutsch konnte und per Handy mit der EigentĂŒmerin kommunizieren konnte, konnten wir nach langem hin und her die Fe-Woh beziehen. Das war ziemlich nervenaufreibend. Und leider ging auch die WELAN-Verbindung nicht, obwohl uns versprochen wurde, dass ein Techniker vorbei kommt. Somit war unsere Planung fĂŒr den Urlaub, den ich auf meinem PC gespeichert hatte, Wanderungen, StĂ€dtebesichtigungen usw., kaum möglich. Schade, wenn WELAN im Vertrag steht und dann aber nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten, die Wohnung selber, sĂŒĂŸ und ordentlich, super Bett, super Dusche, Pinienduft auf dem Balkon.

Les plus : TrÚs bon accueil de Chantal, ménage propre, lit fait à l'arrivée. Petit appartement trÚs mignon. Les moins : Pas de four et pas de mode emploi du micro onde soit disant four... Beaucoup trop de vaisselle et de couvert, 18 assiettes, 16 fourchettes, 15 couteaux, 4 plat pour un four ??? La plage n'est pas à 100 mais plutÎt à 300 m avec pente et remontée. Faire un peu de vide dans la vaisselle pour avoir plus de rangement. Néanmoins bon séjour, remarque juste pour améliorer et pas pour critiquer.

Vacances parfaites

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement trÚs sympa et calme, dans une jolie co-propriété avec piscine et place de parking. L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé, plus que je pensais, bien décoré et propre. Nous avons eu un souci pour ouvrir la porte à notre arrivée, mais dÚs que j'ai appelé, Chantal est venu dans le quart d'heure qui a suivi. Elle était aussi présente à la moindre question. La plage situé à 500m est super. La ville est un peu loin pour y aller à pied mais c'est ce qui nous permet d'avoir ce calme super reposant que nous cherchions. Chantal & Vanessa sont des personnes accueillantes, souriantes et reactives. Nous reviendrons trÚs vite. Merci à Chantal & Vanessa A bientÎt

TrÚs beau appartement,bien situé.

Appartement trÚs proche de la plage,trÚs propre, bien équipé, place de parking, calme. La piscine est assez grande pour nager et elle est propre et bien entretenu. Pour aller dans le centre ville prévoir une bonne demi heure de marche. La procédure d'arrivée s'est trÚs bien déroulée. TrÚs bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Bonjour Vanessa, Nous vous remercions pour cette location qui nous a paru vraiment trĂšs sympathique. Appartement trĂšs propre pas loin de la mer , piscine emplacement de parking et petites attentions Ă  notre arrivĂ©e tel que du cafĂ© du Paic citron, produits d entretien et savon liquide plus torchons. 👍 Les draps santĂ© vraiment le propre ainsi que les serviettes de bain merci Ă  la dame qui nous a ouvert avec un grand sourire en nous souhaitant la bienvenue Ă©galement. Ruhige Lage im GrĂŒnen

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Ruhig im GrĂŒnen gelegen. Abgeschlossene Anlage mit Parkplatz fĂŒr die Wohnung. Zum Zentrum von Sanary allerdings ca. 45 Minuten zu Fuß.

Petite structure trÚs agréable avec piscine. Avons eu quelques problÚmes avec l'appartement : - pas de "pot" pour la cafetiÚre - lorsque nous avons branché la bouilloire le compteur a dijoncté et la bouilloire n'a jamais fonctionné - le lundi plus d'eau chaude un plombier a dû se déplacer - chaises de la salle à manger qui bougeaient beaucoup - pas de barbecue comme annoncé. La propriétaire et la personne de confiance travaillant avec elle ont réagi assez vite et tous ces désagréments ont été solutionnés.

Sanary und die Exilanten

Mit den mitgeteilten Informationen hat die An- und Abreise bestens funktioniert. Die kleine Residenz Bastides du Soleil ist ruhig gelegen (ein Sandstrand liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Man fĂŒhlt sich sicher. Die Ausstattung des Apartments (die Beschreibung war korrekt) enthĂ€lt alle notwendigen Utensilien. Wlan funktioniert perfekt. TV-Programme nur auf Französisch - ist aber okay zum Lernen. Unser Lieblingsstrand Plage Portissol bedurfte des Autos (kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze in der NĂ€he) und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bis zur Altstadt-Hafen ca. 35 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Spur der deutschen Exilanten zu erforschen erfordert etwas MĂŒhe. Meine Frau und ich haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub erlebt.

Cela fait 5 ans que nous rĂ©servons un studio dans cette rĂ©sidence qui est toujours aussi agrĂ©able et calme. SituĂ©e proche de la forĂȘt de pins et le la plage de la Gorguette. C'est avec beaucoup de bonheur que nous retrouvons chaque annĂ©e ce sympathique havre de paix.

Mer Ă  deux pas de l'appartement, belle piscine

La plage n'est vraiment pas loin, la piscine était un peu verte mais ça allait encore. L'appartement est trÚs bien pour 2 personnes mais pas plus par contre. Il était relativement propre (terrasse et douche à revoir sinon c'était bien). La place de parking est souvent à l'ombre donc c'est trÚs appréciable. Par contre nous croyions pouvoir faire un barbecue mais le barbecue présent sur l'annonce avait été retiré, c'est dommage. Idem pour les capsules de café que nous aurions dû avoir à l'arrivée, elles n'y étaient pas mais ce n'était pas grave. La propriétaire est trÚs réactive aux appels et nous a aidé pour la pile de la télécommande qui montrait des signes de faiblesse. Au final, je recommande
