Welcome to Villa Minoa!



Located in the quiet town of San Vito lo Capo, Villa Minoa offers a unique stay experience. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two internal and an external toilet with washbasin and WC), free parking and free WiFi, the villa is ideal for families and groups up to 9 people.



Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains from the comfort of your room or relax in our private swimming pool. The pool, 7 metres long and 2.80 metres wide, is set in a wonderful garden composed of exotic palm trees, lawn and Mediterranean plants.



The villa also has a convenient dependance complete with table, chairs, kitchenette and fridge. And for your outdoor meals, we have a barbecue grill ready for your grilling.



Inside, the villa is equipped with three air conditioners: one in the living room and one in each double bedroom. The bathroom is very large and spacious, equipped with every comfort and a shower enclosure.



The two double bedrooms are both equipped with an additional portable bed, but if necessary we can make available other additional beds in the dependance or in the living room.



For a completely relaxing stay, we inform you that the expenses for sheets, towels, and the accommodation tax are to be considered extra. Please contact us for more details on these items, and we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information.



Note: The swimming pool closes during the winter period.



Villa Minoa is located in a very quiet area, just 1.5 km from the city centre.
