Brand new Apartment Rossoarancio

It is a brand new building located in the new residential area of ​​San Vito Lo Capo, just 10 minutes walk from the sea.
The apartments are 2 (one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people there. The area is quiet and well ventilated.
The houses are large (about 70 square meters), bright and tastefully furnished in modern style.

Bellissima esperienza

Appartamento Rosso è ben arredato con tutto ciò che serve ed anche di più. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la veranda all'esterno con barbecue e gli ombrelloni da portare in spiaggia. Si trova inoltre in un'ottima posizione, a massimo 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5 dal centro. Infine la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato delle utilissime dritte su luoghi da vedere, ristoranti, pasticcerie ecc... Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Casa perfetta e proprietari molto gentili

Ho alloggiato in questa casa per una settimana in compagnia della mia ragazza e di sua sorella. Casa perfetta, molto comoda anche per ospitare eventualmente più persone. Pulizia impeccabile. Location molto comoda, a 5 min a piedi dal centro e 12 dal mare e dotata di parcheggio. Inoltre, devo sottolineare la grande gentilezza dei proprietari Vito e Caterina, che, oltre ad aver dispensato consigli molto apprezzati su ristoranti e posti da vedere, hanno anche spedito un paio di pantaloni ed una camicia, che avevo dimenticato. Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane negli appartamenti rossoarancio.. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo..Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, puliti e ben accessoriati.. Non manca nulla!!Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole senza contare la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. Consigliato!!!

Spazioso e confortevole

Appartamento in zona residenziale a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Zona tranquilla provvista di parcheggio libero per l'auto. L'appartamento è spazioso, dotato di zanzariere e aria condizionata e tutto il necessario in cucina. Al piano superiore c'è un'ampia e fresca terrazza con vista sia sul mare che sui monti e con caminetto per il barbecue. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in totale relax.

Vacanza stupenda

Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo comodo appartamento. Ho trascorso la mia vacanza insieme alla mia famiglia. L' appartamento è molto pulito,spazioso,luminoso e dotato di ogni comfort (anche delle zanzariere),conforme alle foto. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, lontana da rumori e dal traffico, ma al tempo stesso vicina al supermercato e al mare. I bambini si sono divertiti molto nella veranda provvista di cancelletto e lontana dal traffico delle macchine; io e mio marito ci siamo goduti il relax assaporando gustose grigliate. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, consigliandoci i posti da visitare e i migliori ristoranti del luogo. Ritorneremo presto!
