The property owner was an angel; she maintained great communication, left beverages and personal hygiene materials in the apartment, and was mindful to turn on the AC before arrival to have an ideal temperature in the apartment. "Clean, modern & quiet apartment & rooms. Right next to Enzo Ferrari’s museum . Check in was a bit badly coordinated and we had just 1 key but once we had contact all went well. The parking says we can stay only 2 hours so we moved the car around during the day but had no trouble during the night. But in all great apartment!! 17 minute walk to cathedral and restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay at a reasonable rate."

"The Art Hotel was very nice, and lived up to its name, with beautiful pieces of art attractively displayed throughout. I would give in 4.5, and not a 5, only because the brewed coffee in the dining room was terrible, and things that should have been hot, were not. That included the scrambled eggs, bacon, side vegetables, and aforementioned coffee and hot water. It was like the food warmers and hot pots were not ever turned on. We were there 4 nights, and it was the same each morning. Other than that, food was excellent, and location couldn't be beat."

"It is really clean and lovely hotel with helpful staff. However, the reason we stayed there was for a shuttle to the airport but when we checked in we were told that the shuttles were full. I appreciate this but in the morning we saw one shuttle coming but another was just parked. If it is a touristy time, it may be worth rethinking another driver during busier periods. Also, the food was inconsistent. The lasagna had in the bar hadn't been defrosted enough or microwaved long enough. The food in the restaurant was a mix. Prices were such that the food should be consistently good. Just a suggestion but you have the Ducati museum right next to you. It may be worth working a deal with them and shuttle transportation there as I think it is a big attraction. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff."
