Lovely hotel. Terrible pillows.

The hotel was lovely and well situated. The only thing which could have improved the trip a lot was the quality of the pillows. They were very thin and lumpy and made it very difficult to sleep which did affect our trip. I would recommend bringing your own if you can fit it in your bag.

"Perfect Mountain Getaway!" Our stay at this spa hotel was great! The location was breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with stunning views all around. The hotel was clean and comfortable room that made us feel relaxed. The spa facilities and the treatments left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The restaurant had great food and breakfast with stunning mountain view was great. Parking was easy. Highly recommend!

The room initially looked great having recently been renovated and they had “upgraded” us. The views were incredible. We paid a premium (£380) for air conditioning as it was during the heatwave. We heard running water and realised it was coming from the air conditioning unit which was pouring water out on the wooden furniture and floor. We turned it off and mopped it up with towels. When we told reception they assured us it would be fixed while we went out for a meal. On our return it was still switched off, and when we asked at reception they said it was broken and could not be fixed until the next day. We asked to change rooms which they refused. We asked for a fan and were told they didn’t have any. The manager said neither was required as it was “quite fresh now” at 30 degrees at night. Our room at the top of the hotel was even hotter. They gave us a brochure for the hotel in a foil packet with a bow on as “compensation”. A dog in the hotel then barked all night too, keeping us awake. In the morning another manager was very unapologetic and refused to give us any discount/refund when we checked out. Disgusting service. Their one saving grace was that they did agree to post us a t-shirt left in the wardrobe after our departure.

Adventures in the Dolomites.

Over all the service was outstanding,made to feel home! Great views from the room. An excellent spa ,steam , sauna ,indoor pool. don't left without a sports massage. Food was of a high standard to.2min walk into town.

Veramente confortevole. Soggiorno rilassante in una struttura accogliente. Personale molto gentile sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta.
