The structure is spread over 80 square meters and consists of a kitchen, a small living area that directly overlooks the garden and 2 corridors leading to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are all en-suite with shower. Outside we have land with olive trees of mq and an infinity pool in salt water of 40 sqm.
The area is quiet and inhabited; is about 2 km from the nearest town that is San Michele Salentino and 5 km from Ostuni.

 Swimming pool, terrace and barbecue area

 Villa Trullo Incanto is located in a large park dotted with centuries-old olive trees, helping to provide some welcome shade. The large private pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days and there are plenty of sunbeds to top up your tan. Below the covered terrace you will find a stone table and chairs, ideal for those outdoor meals. There is also a built-in barbecue with outdoor sink and plenty of space for preparation.


Entrance

 Villa Trullo Incanto is fenced off the road with ample parking available for your rental car. A gravel path leads to the covered terrace and to the front door.


Living space and kitchen

 The open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area are bright and airy thanks to a large window overlooking the pool and olive trees. The room is finished with a collection of traditional elements, from the exposed brick ceiling to the stone floors and the seating area. There is also a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen. The front door gives access to the covered terrace.


Rooms and bathrooms

 Villa Trullo Incanto has 3 bedrooms in total. There is a spacious double bedroom located in the traditional trullo building, with a separate dressing area and an en suite bathroom with shower. The room is full of charm with exposed stone walls and a large characteristic window.

There are also 1 twin bedroom and a second double bedroom, both with modern en-suite bathrooms with showers. The bathroom with shower for the master bedroom has a door that opens onto the covered terrace, with a curtain for more privacy.
