Perfect

Easy to fine, great host with lots of tips of where to go and what to do, amazing house and pool in beautiful grounds and all very private. The property is well equipped, the local small town has everything you need and its all 15 mins from the coast. There is plenty of shade for us northerners and the aircon is fantastic. We would use this place again.

We fell in love as soon as we found it on the site. Exceptional above all if you have 2 small kids who are not capable to be quiet. The villa correspond faithfully to the photos, extraordinary is the location and the great privacy you can live in! I suggest it to you all

House with superb location!

This house is more suitable for a relaxing holiday. Well-maintained, comfortable swimming pool. Garden with fruit trees and herbs. The bedrooms are large, but inside the house not enough light. The shower is too small, so the water rinses on the ground. But that's just a little thing. Wifi works perfect. Home location super!!!

Villa Lidia in San Vito dei Normanni

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Als störend empfanden wir, das der Müll trotz Ankündigung des Vermieters und eines Abfallplanes nicht abgeholt wurde. (Der Müll wird in Süditalien auf Autobahnen und Landstraßen entsorgt). Außerdem quälen einen die Stechmücken, Fliegen und Wespen über das erträgliche Maß hinaus. Am Abend draußen zu sitzen ist nicht empfehlenswert. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr gut erholt!

Que dire....à notre arrivée nous avons découvert une maison en bien piteux état. Ménage pas fait ou si peu : maison sale. Une deuxième salle de bain qui n'en est pas vraiment une, l'électricité qui saute en permence, pas de prise dans la cuisine donc nous avons du faire le café dehors. Quasiment pas d'équipement ou alors cassé. L'eau n'est pas potable mais le propriétaire ne nous avait pas prévenu. La liste pourrait être plus longue....Bref ! Une arnaque compte tenu du tarif demandé. En revanche, l'agence locale (vancanzeinpuglia) dont les membres sont très sympathiques a fait son travail et nous a re-logé dès le lundi dans une maison de très bonne qualité : la villa Kathe.

Prachtige locatie in rustige omgeving uitzicht op olijfbomen. Vooral het buitengebeuren zeer aantrekkelijk door groot zwembad en tuin Het interieur van het huis is nogal sober .groot stapelbed in de kamer,vlak voor de open haard jammer .

Maison avec une belle piscine sans vis à vis, l'intérieur mériterait un rafraîchissement Compte tenu que nous partions chaque jour visiter les Pouilles cela ne nous a pas gêné... Très bon accueil de l'agence et des propriétaires de la maison : à notre arrivée seuls 2 transats autour de la piscine, nous sommes allés voir l'agence et l'après-midi nous avions 2 autres transats neufs. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour des personnes pas trop exigeantes sur le confort intérieur

Das Haus hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, um Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Apuliens zu machen. Der Pool ist sehr groß, die Gartenanlage ist top gepflegt. Das Innere des Hauses ist leider sehr abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber. Die Aussenanlage entschädigt jedoch dafür reichlich.

Siamo un gruppo di 6 ragazzi, 3 coppie, e abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa a fine agosto. Natura spettacolare, piscina incantevole, relax totale. La casa è adatta a gruppi ed è ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità senza rinunciare a tutte le comodità e le vicinanze ai posti bellissimi da visitare.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a Luglio ed abbiamo trovato la pace. È una casa con un grande giardino ed una splendida piscina. Il fatto che la casa abbia il bagno in camera è perfetto per chi come noi ha dei bambini che durante la notte chiedono 1000 volte di andare in bagno, senza disturbare gli ltri. La posizione è ottima, abbastanza remota per godere la pace e la quiete ma vicina per fare belle escursioni per i posti incantevoli che offre la Puglia (le Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello, Ostuni, le spiagge di Torre Guaceto ecc..). Posto ideale per giovani e bambini. L'agenzia ci ha aiutato con tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. E' stata una bella vacanza che consiglio a tutti!

Ottima la location e la pulizia, personale disponibile sempre a tutte le ore. Ambiente molto bello, giardino e piscina adatti al relax perchè lontani dal frastuono quotidiano e a pochi km la spiagia più bella della zona Torre Guaceto.

Comodità, estrema, pulizia, accoglienza strepitosa, ottimo cibo e mare davvero vicinissimo. Contentissimi per aver trascorso qui i nostri giorni di vacanza. Ci siamo rilassati molto e speriamo di ritornare quanto prima per visitare le altre meraviglie che questa terra offre. A presto ragazzi ;)
