Fantastic hotel in the PERFECT location! The management and staff are friendly and responsive. The rooms are modern, and the bed is very comfortable. If you are visiting San Vito, absolutely stay at the Patriarca.

Die Bilder auf den diversen Plattformen zeigen renovierte Zimmer und den Wellnessbereich. Wir waren jedoch in einem alten, kleiben, stark abgewohnten Zimmer untergebracht. Mageres Frühstück mit recht komplexer Zusatzbestellerei, die dann doch kostenlos ist. Ein normales Buffet wäre sowohl für Kunden als auch Bedienstete einfacher.

Probabilmente la receptionista/ proprietaria (?) farebbe bene ad assumere una persona più empatica al ricevimento della clientela. Mi dispiace ma ci vorrebbe un ricambio nella gestione dell'hotel nell'accoglienza che è piuttosto deprimente...

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba a pesar de los 29 grados (dijeron que solo a partir de junio por ley italiana) la noche anterior estuve en Padova con aire acondicionado. En el desayuno hay que pedir absolutamente todo al camarero. Muy incómodo especialmente si no se saben los nombres de las cosas en italiano

The weekend staff was not to par with the staff that works weekdays, they were slow, not nice or up to par. The included breakfast was not up to par they were out of most of the baked goods, and oranges for the juice, fewer choices than usual, and the worst cappuccino i’ve ever had in Italy. The girl taking care of breakfast seemed really not to care too much.

Travelling as a solo guy this place covered everything I needed. Safe, comfortable, and walking distance from a few cafes and shops in town center. What caught me by surprise was the parking situation. Less than 5 available stalls and an unexpected parking fee of 6 Euro per day. A small wrinkle but fair. The staff is friendly and they do work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. If I return to Italy, I will definitely return to this hotel.
