Seems that the there are not many guests on a steady base.
Upgrades to cleaning/it/ would be welcome.
Staff however was super friendly, helpful and accommodating.

A great hotel for relaxation
We stayed here for 5 nights, after previously staying here two years ago. The hotel was as good on this visit as it was previously. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, although with varying degrees of English being spoken. The language issues were never really a problem, maybe we should try harder to learn Italian.
The room was a reasonable size and had efficient air-conditioning. The only negative was that the internet access could sometimes be slow. There were sufficient cupboards and drawers so we could unpack and not live out of a suitcase.
Breakfast was fine, on one day eggs and bacon were available, on the other days just a good cold selection, and of course, being in Italy, a selection of cakes. Again, nothing but praise for the smiling and helpful staff, in spite of our poor Italian.
The main reason we stay at Antico Borgo is the facilities. As well as the indoor sauna, small pool, and jacuzzi there is a good size outdoor pool, with a good number of sun loungers and umbrellas. We spent three mornings just sat by the pool enjoying the Italian sun, we only had company on one of those days.
The hotel management told us that we had chosen the Italian summer holiday period (last two weeks of August) to stay, which was the reason why the hotel was so quiet. This is primarily a business hotel, located as it is some distance from the popular coastal ar
We loved this little Hotel! The staff were amazing and very friendly. We loved the location and the country feel. We also loved the restaurant and buffet. The room was very nice! My only complaint is that the shower had a little bit of mold in it.

Noisy room and average service
The room was very small (the bed takes the half of the whole room) and with a not-good smell, it was clean though. Unfortunately the fridge's fan make an annoying noise and the electrical board was noisy as well! Waiters 50% polite and 50% rude... Not a very nice stay
Siamo stati 4 giorni a ferragosto.

Io in reception pago 108 i miei amici 93. Chiedo spiegazioni e non mi sanno rispondere. Mi dicono... Vabbè fate metà. Eh?!?!?!?!?!
We stayed here for three nights in August, primarily to spend some time relaxing by the pool. We were not disappointed, the pool area was very quiet during our stay (mid-week), and the umbrellas provided much needed shade.
The bedroom was fine, although we struggled a little with the WiFi (sometimes very slow), and the bathroom extractor (controlled by a light switch outside, we spent the first night with it whining as we couldn't turn it off. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was OK, with a good selection of cold food, and hot eggs and bacon. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night, this was excellent, although maybe a little more expensive than we normally choose. Glad we chose this hotel, based on it's reviews, we would return again if staying in this area.
The hotel was very clean and quiet. Though it was located in a middle of nowhere, the hotel had nearly everyting you would expect such as a finnish sauna, whrilpool, turkish bath, emotion shower and hammam, as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The quality of food was great as well. The only down side I experienced during the stay was the noise from the air-conditioning as it was quite loud when it was on. You can simply relax at this hotel and stay away from the busy daily life. Very unique experience.
Netter Empfang bei der Anreise. Gute Lage des Hotels in Bezug auf Sightseeing Udine, Venedig, Triest, Grado.
Wenig Tourismus in San Vito, alles sehr ursprünglich.
I was pleasantly surprised by this resort. If anything the Expedia description under played this facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to spend the time to help you. One receptionist actually called ahead to our next stop to ensure someone spoke English.
The restaurant was a little expensive, but considering it was a very high end place except able. Food was great
