The apartment measures 170 square meters, can accommodate up to 15 people and is composed as follows:
entrance, large room connected to the 50 sqm terraces, kitchen equipped with all appliances, 4 large double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine, plus two outdoor showers in the garden with hot water.
The whole villa is covered by wi-fi internet connection and inside the garden you can have 4 reserved parking spaces, barbecue, outdoor tables and chairs, children's games and ping pong table.
Included in your stay you will have beach equipment, initial and final cleaning of the house and bed linen and towels for all guests!
The town center is only 700 meters away and a free bike rental service is available at the property!

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Villa hat ein gutes Platzangebot. Der große eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für Kinder und Hund.
Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Im Oktober hat man das Meer praktisch für sich alleine.
Die Einrichtung des Hauses hat die besten Tage schon hinter sich, ist aber für den Preis vollkommen OK. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Perfect first Italian Holiday
After our son completed a semester of study, we joined him and spent one of our weeks in San Vincenzo. What a wonderful town and great villa to rent for our family. We grilled, used the yard and patio, slept on comfortable beds, biked to Mass and often the grocery store. We walked to the beach. Close enough to all that we needed.
