Rumoroso is a living tribute to the sky and the sea, a dream home where you can truly unwind. You’ll feel nature’s warm embrace from one of its elevated terraces and feel as if you’re floating in the air overlooking the sea.
Oyambre Beach, nearly 2 km long, has been named by National Geographic as one of the 25 best beaches in Spain. This is one of the few homes located right at the foot of this beach. Sitting on the porch swing, with the sound of the Cantabrian Sea in the background, is an experience that’s hard to put into words.

Rumoroso can accommodate up to 6 guests (Wishome capacity), expandable to a maximum of 8. What do we mean by “Wishome capacity”? We’ve created this concept to ensure our home always feels welcoming, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms—one double and the other with bunk beds.
It also features a dining room, kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, and an elevated terrace overlooking the beach. Our villa features a private garden, an outdoor gazebo, two terraces, a living room with a fireplace, an organic vegetable garden, a children’s play area, and private access to the beach.
