"From the start, the staff was very accomodating and friendly. There were choices of rooms I picked from and the room was well appointed. This is a 150yr old house with modern amenities. The manager gave us a tour of this ancestral home. Very cool! Highly recommended. I would book again when I am back in the Ilocos region."

"The hotel's facade kept its original Spanish architectural design and the hotel's amenities and facilities had an up-to-date modern design with still a hint of local Filipino heritage design. The rooms were spacious; all the staff members (front desk, security, housekeeping and restaurant) are gracious and accommodating. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel."
