The holiday home 'Villa Lucia 240m from the sea' in Putzu Idu is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to four people. Additional amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and a TV. If you require a cot, please inform the owner before your arrival so it can be prepared for you.



The private outdoor area includes a garden, two balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The house borders a pond that hosts flamingos during the spring season. The location is excellent, in a quiet area, and only 240 metres from the beautiful Putzu Idu beach.



Nearby you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking or driving distance. The nearest airport is about 118 km away. Free parking is available on the property (for two cars) and on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
