Beautiful country house "Casa Ingrid", detached, surrounded by fields. 15 km from the centre of Marsciano, 4 km from the centre of San Venanzo, 48 km from the centre of Perugia, in the countryside. Private: property 2 ha with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room. 2.2 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km. Local sale of farm products. Pool with mobile roofing (roofed until end of May/beginning of September, otherwise open), the roofing may only be operated by the owner.
