Villa Puntaldia
One of the most exclusive villages in Sardinia served by a harbour with a small square served by bars restaurants and several luxury shops, in an enchanting setting on the sea there is a 9-hole golf course.
The living area is on two levels, ground floor: entrance hall with lounge area, max TV and reading area with library that sees a window facing the sea, mezzanine floor: has the dining area, a telescope with two large mirrored windows that overlook one side of the garden facing the sea and the other to the spa area with tropical garden and nymphaeum with fish, the same floor we have a large independent kitchen with a window facing the sea and opening to the garden area outside and various aromas, the villa is also served by a laundry and ironing room and an independent apartment for staff.
