About this property

  • The single-storey villa (70sqm), perfectly furnished and equipped, part of a village consisting of terraced buildings, is located directly on the sea without road crossings and is also inserted in a splendid park.
    The cottage (for 4-6 people) consists of two bedrooms, a large living room (35sqm) with kitchenette and two sofa beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside a large veranda, with a glimpse of the sea, fully furnished and surrounded by the garden. Inside the village, for guests, there are two tennis courts (for a fee), a small bar restaurant and about 300m. restaurant overlooking Tavolara, a service center for assistance and excursion organizations and private parking.
    Ideal for everyone, perfect for families, children and for all those who love to immerse themselves in nature
    linen is provided on request and is subject to a charge (€ 15 per person)
