  • Real Sardinian house restored and located in a small, very quiet hamlet on a hillside a few minutes from the bustling center of San Teodoro and a few minutes from the magnificent beaches. The house is composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large panoramic terrace with private pool and solarium, a covered veranda as well as 2 other panoramic terraces on the hills. Barbecue available and private, shaded parking for the car.
    One of the most famous beaches of Sardinia "La Cinta" is less than three kilometers away.
    Barely further on, other superb beaches are easily accessible (Cala Brandichi, Lu Impostu, Coda Cavallo, Puntaldia, ...). Located 15 km from Olbia airport, excellent base for visiting the Nuoro mountains and the whole famous Costa Smeralda (Porto Rontondo, Porto Cervo ...).
    From Palau, 40 minutes by car, you can take the boat to visit the magnificent archipelago of La Maddalena and why not take a short visit to Corsica, the neighboring island.
    A little further, the superb city with Hispanic accents Alghero is only 1.5 hours away.
    In short, a lot to discover in the surroundings for lovers of the sea and nature.

Lovely stay in Sardinia

Great location to be out of the thick of things, its really nice and quiet. It’s a 5 min drive or 35 minutes by foot into San Teodora. The beautiful beaches of La Cinta and Lu Impostu (our favourite) are about 10-15 mins by car. The villa is very clean, with plenty of room, nice pool, it was perfect for us (couple). Massimo who looks after the place is lovely and so helpful, a real pleasure to deal with.

Great House with nice terrace and pool!

We had a great time in this house and enjoyed our stay very much! Good communication with the hosts and well-organized check-in process. The house is very spacious and was well equipped and clean. The pool and the terrace are great and the pool was very regularly cleaned. It should be made more clear in the description that 2 beds are in a kind of separate appartment within the house. This was great for us (2 families) but might be confusing for one family travelling with 3 or 4 kids. The view towards the sea is amazing, but you definitely need a car or at least bikes when you want to stay at this house. I can recommend this house!

Haus mit zutreffender Beschreibung. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Strände und einen abendlichen Spaziergang im Zentrum von San Teodoro. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre eine Gute Ergänzung, aber man findet auch natürlichen Schatten.

Casa stupenda

La casa e' ancora piu bella di come appare nelle foto. Dotata di tutti i comfort, pulitissima, in posizione tranquilla ma a 1 minuto di macchina da san teodoro. Una sera avevamo problemi con l'acqua calda, abbiamo chiamato Massimo che in 5 minuti ha risolto il problema

Un séjour très sympathique dans un environnement agréable

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue, la piscine, une maison assez grande en tout cas très largement pour nous trois. Nous avons aussi apprécié le barbecue même si les voisins nous semblent un peu proches pour leur imposer la fumée. La maison est bien située en effet, mais je déconseille vraiment les plages de San Teodoro au mois d'août, particulièrement bondées. Mais en s'éloignant un peu on peut trouver d'autres endroits plus calmes. C'était en tout cas globalement un séjour très sympathique.

Super zum entspannen

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, mit ein schönen Blick in den Ort und aufs Meer. Es ist ruhig gelegen und in 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort der viele Restaurants und die notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Im Haus hat man alles was man braucht in einem guten Zustand. Der Pool ist sauber und reicht für den Badespass. Es gibt vorne und hinten eine Terrasse, die hintere ist kleiner und bietet die Entspannung für die Abendsonne. Auf der Vorderseite ist bis in den Nachmittag die Sonne da. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur die Vorort ist war problemlos und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, wenn es uns in diese Ecke von Sardinien zieht.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Villa war bei der Ankunft in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Check-In wäre sicherlich auch reibungslos verlaufen, wenn wir nicht Verspätung mit dem Flieger gehabt hätten. Doch unserer mehrjährigen Sardinien-Urlaube sind wir mit vielen Sachen schon vertraut und es war überhaupt kein Problem flexibel ins Haus zu kommen. Was in der Beschreibung für uns nicht ganz ersichtlich war, ist das eines der Schlafzimmer sozusagen ein 1-Zimmer Apartment ist, welches einen eigenen Zugang auf der Rückseite des Hauses hat. Hätten wir vier kleinere Kinder dabei gehabt wäre das sicherlich eine Schwierigkeit gewesen, so allerdings kein Problem für uns, da wir diesen Raum nicht nutzen mussten. Von der Terrasse beim Pool hat man einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer - einziger Wermutstropfen: bereits in der Früh war die Sonne hier so kräftig und eine passende Beschattung für den Tisch war nicht vor Ort, so dass wir zum Frühstück auf eine der anderen Terrassen ausweichen mussten. Auch das ist kein Problem, immerhin hat das Haus drei verschiedene. Die Familie Carolentina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat stets auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns Tipps gegeben. Auch Massimo vor Ort ist hilfsbereit und beantwortet Fragen bereitwillig. Das Haus ist etwas am Ortsrand auf einem Hügel gelegen mit wenigen Häusern aussenrum. Ein Auto ist also ein Muss. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub in der Villa machen!

Lovely spacious villa

We really enjoyed our time at Casa Carolentina. There are lovely views front the terrace. The pool was a must for us as the kids can really enjoy it on the afternoon. Check in with Massimo was easy and he was always able to answer a question when we had one. It's a fair walk into San Teodoro but we knew that before we booked plus we had a car when needed. WiFi and Aircon were great. The third bedroom out the back is almost a self contained unit on its own, which was a nice surprise. All in all a really nice stay and a good base to explore the area. Thanks.

Wir, Familie mit 12 jährigen Zwillingen, haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Alles hat gepasst und ist noch schöner als im Inserat abgebildet. Wir waren über die Grösse und die vielen verschiedenen Verweilmöglichkeiten sehr überrascht. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um verschiedene Strände zu erreichen. In 20min schafft man es zu Fuss ins quirlige Sätdchen San Teodoro. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

schöner kann es nicht sein

Der erste Eindruck bei der Anreise war sehr positiv. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. in jedem Raum war durch die Klimaanlage eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Küchen- ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir auch die Rückfragen des Gastgebers ob alles passt super. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur bzw dessen Mitarbeiter Massimo könnte nicht besser sein. Fazit - eine rundum perfekte Ferienunterkunft. Jederzeit wieder

Schönes Haus mit Störungen

Die Lage des Hauses (Endreihenhaus) ist sehr schön, der Blick von der Terrasse wunderbar. Im Untergeschoss findet sich ein weiteres Apartment, sodass auch 4-6 Personen Platz hätten. Ein Bonus ist der Pool und der Boule- Platz. Die Ausstattung ist gut ausreichend, weist aber einige altersbedingte Mängel auf (Dusche nicht nutzbar, Besteck dem Anspruch des Hauses unwürdig). Leider war der Aufenthalt durch Bauarbeiten an einem Neubau unmittelbar daneben getrübt und damit die Nutzung von Terrasse und Pool lärmbedingt eingeschränkt. Die Arbeiten werden wohl bis zum Anfang des nächsten Jahres abgeschlossen sein. Leider hat der Besitzer auf meine Anfrage nach einer angemessenen und faire Entschädigung für unsere Einschränkungen während dieses Aufenthaltes nicht nur ablehnend, sondern beleidigend reagiert. Bedauerlich für das Image der ansonsten zu empfehlenden sehr großzügigen Unterkunft

Eine schöne Erinnerung ...

Wir, eine Familie mit 4 Kindern, waren für 2 Wochen (18.7. bis 1.8.2020) im schönen Häuschen mit Pool untergebracht. Die Fahrten vom und zum Flughafen waren in ca. 25min erledigt und vom Häuschen sind alle Notwendigkeiten (Supermärkte, Stadt, Strände) innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das schöne Mittelmeer war jeden Tag ein Genuss ... und abends bei einem oder auch mehreren Gläsern Wein den Sternenhimmel zu beobachten ist Entspannung pur (Kinder waren im Bett!)! Das Häuschen ist super ausgestattet und im typischen Stil der Region gebaut, wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümer-Familie (Jean-Christoph) sowie der Agentur vor Ort (Massimo) war sehr gut! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Es war einer der schönsten Familienurlaube ... vielleicht sieht man sich wieder ;)!
