"We had a wonderful stay at the Baglioni Resort Sardinia. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and took great care of our family throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. The food was excellent, with delicious options for both adults and children, and the overall quality of the resort exceeded our expectations. The rooms, grounds, and amenities were all beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The only downside is that there is no direct access to the beach, which would have made the experience even better. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia."

"My son and I checked in just for one night's day. The rooms were clean but we're a little outdated. They advertised having a hot tub, but it was not hot at all. But the water was actually colder than the pool water. That was very nice and helpful."

"Great beautiful location. Staff attentive, but there is opportunity for more staff to ‘support’ guests, for example, take coffee orders at breakfast so guests are not queuing for the barista, or provide a service to guests when they are on the beach for drinks etc."

"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at. Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff. We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic. They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel. We tried to take a late check out in lieu of missing our first night: given that is low season and the hotel was almost empty, you'd think they'd show some good will. No: they wanted to charge €120 for us to stay in our room until 5pm. Food is very average. It's a relaxing resort, but the mentality to fleece guests is disgusting. It wouldn't happen in Greece! I'd avoid this island and the resort based on the hotel staff and taxi driver's behaviour, as one receptionist agreed with me that their approach was a cultural issue/nuance."

"Overall the property was very clean and modern. Staff took pride in ensuring our stay was pleasant and communication was very efficient. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. We chose the room with a spa. Zero disappointment with the experience. This option of a room gave us the view we wanted. We will visit this place again. Letizia was the best!"
