Cosy, comfortable terraced house. In the centre of San Teodoro, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 700 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Motor access to 10 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach "La Cinta" 700 m. Nearby attractions: Cala Brandinchi 9 km, Budoni 12 km, Porto San Paolo 14 km, Olbia 30 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Lucia", 3-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue.
