  • This cozy apartment is located only 700 m from the beach and 350 m from the center of the famous town of San Teodoro. It is located on the second floor of a two-family house, in a quiet area, ideal for families with children. Thanks to the terrace with barbecue, solarium with sea and city view, you can also enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation outside. On the beautiful beaches of Sardinia, such as Lu Impostu in Puntaldia, you can spend relaxing days in the sun. To enjoy history and culture, don't miss a trip to Olbia, which is only 22 km away from here. In San Teodoro you can also practice various water sports such as snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, sailing and boating. In addition, the town also offers a golf course, tennis court, horseback riding and nature trails for trekking.

Tolles Ferienhaus in San Teodoro/ perfekt

Die Vermieter war sehr freundlich und auch die Kontaktpersonen vor Ort (zur Schlüsselübergabe) waren nett. Das Ferienhaus war mehr als komfortabel ausgestattet -inkl vieler Küchen-und Haushaltsutenlisien sowie Kinderspielzeug (Sandspielzeug, Spiele, Hochstuhl u.ä.) - und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir haben uns mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
