A fun family visit!

This lovely property fit all of our needs. We had two grandchildren staying two of the four nights with us, age 7, and 12. They enjoyed the kitties and the horses and the open areas. We were all quite comfortable in our little ‘home away from home’. We hope to return next time we come to visit.

Convenient and quiet stay while visiting family.

This hideaway close to family was very quiet. My wife and I decided to go with a vrbo instead of a hotel while visiting family in the area. If you love the western lifestyle, you will enjoy this guesthouse. The guesthouse was cozy and everything we needed was available for us. My wife and I were greeted warmly and felt very welcomed. It was nice to have country living so close to the busy area that we had to visit. We recommend this guest house highly if in the area.

If you like horses, cats and quiet

It's a really wonderful place, with a few cattle out the front door when we were there and a few horses in the rear. And a couple of the horses were positively friendly, and either really like being scratched and massaged around their ears, noses and jaws or were good at pretending. Nice peaceful immediate neighborhood too. Once you venture at all west or south, especially, you get into massive Phoenix-area sprawl.
