Stylish and modern apartment in the main promenade of San Sebastián: the Boulevard in the Old Town. Refurbished in 2015, it's in the very heart of the city. Just 1 minute walk to La Concha beach and 5 min to Zurriola beach. It has 2 large beds so it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Our apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures, a cozy space that includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a laundry room for you to use. Each bedroom has a large queen size bed. The apartment has air-conditioned with a portable window A/C unit, not central A/C. The apartment is located in the very heart of the city, the Old Town of San Sebastián, where all the restaurants are, and because of this during weekend nights it might get a little loud outside. Our front picture displays an orange arrow showing where exactly the apartment is located. As you see, the apartment is in the very heart of the Old Town, so you will be in the perfect location to enjoy this beautiful part of the city and the beach, with all it has to offer, including pintxos!
In case you come by car, there is a subterranean public parking right in front of the apartment, literally 1 minute walk from our door. It's called "Boulevard Parking".

Great apartment
Spacious apartment in central location, just steps to old town and la Concha beach. Clean and with very good amenities, including new windows so outside sounds were not really noticed. Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was very good. If driving, the entrance to Boulevard Parking is immediately on the right as you turn left onto Zumardia Boulevard.

Great apartment to explore san sebastian and all the great food and drink that abounds. Parking is expensive if you drive; otherwise perfect in every way.

We only had 2 days in San Sebastián (not enough) - the apartment shows exactly as advertised/ perfect location ….. right in the heart of the city / a short walk to wherever you would want to be.
Fridge stocked with welcoming wine and beer (thank you).

Nice new apartment close to everything
Inigo was an amazing host from the moment we arrived until after we left, meeting us at the door and showing us how everything worked in the apt. and communicating regularly to see if we needed anything. The apartment was clean, comfortable with everything you need, and located really close to the beach and a million restaurants and pinchos bars in the Old Town. I also appreciated his very comprehensive book with everything we needed to know about the area including great restaurant recommendations. We had a terrific week there and recommend it highly.

Great apartment, great city, great host
Great apartment: great shape, great location, apt was nice and clean; great host too, Inigo, who was very positive and fast to respond all the way thru. He also provided extra beach towels when asked. Apartment windows are facing arcade which means daylight is somewhat limited; but absolutely great location, strongly recommend :-)

Centrally located apartment with nice architectural details
My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people, with room for another two people to sleep on the pullout sofa bed if need be. We were very impressed by the hospitality of Iñigo and his parents, who warmly greeted us at the apartment and provided a few welcome refreshments. They allowed us to drop off our luggage a few hours before check-in and even store our luggage there after check out while waiting for our train. Iñigo also helped us acquire a reservation at a 3 Star Michelin restaurant that was fully booked. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine to clean our laundry since we were traveling for 5 wks. I would definitely stay here again.
