Newly renovated apartment in the heart of Gros, 3 minutes from Zurriola beach.
This accommodation, renovated in March 2025 by our interior design team, combines contemporary design with warmth in one of the most authentic and vibrant neighbourhoods of San Sebastian. Ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends who want to enjoy a comfortable and well-connected stay. Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, access requires climbing two steps at the entrance.
With 85 m² carefully distributed, the apartment accommodates up to 5 people in three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It has two full bathrooms and an additional toilet, which ensures comfort even for group stays.
The modern, fully equipped American kitchen allows you to prepare everything from a relaxed breakfast to an improvised dinner with fresh products from the Gros market, located just 200 metres away, in Nafarroa Behera square. Here you can find fruits, vegetables, cheeses and other local products directly from the hands of local producers.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, individual gas heating and high-speed WiFi. It also has an interior terrace overlooking a block courtyard, perfect for getting some fresh air or disconnecting with some tranquillity at the end of the day.
And if we talk about exploring... just on the other side of the block is the mythical Bar Bergara, a temple for lovers of traditional pintxo, where each bite tells a story of local gastronomy.
From here, you will be a pleasant walk away from the Old Town, La Concha Bay and the main points of interest in Donostia.

The property is nice and clean. It was a good size for us. We were 4 adults and 1 child. Beds are comfortable. It was just slightly cumbersome to find the place to receive the key but when I called the office they were very helpful in showing us where to go and do. Parking on the street is very difficult but we found public parking nearby which worked for us.
